Return & Exchange Policy

If you have not received what you have ordered or have received a damaged and/or faulty product, we’re here to help. Just contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order and we will give you a refund or exchange. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your money as long as the product is returned with the following criteria
- Must be returned in the original packaging before use.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved. We will initiate a refund to your desire platform.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable and we are not liable to collect orders from your doorstep in any of the circumstances.
If the items have been purchased in sale or the price other then the regular price, in such condition items in sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the fault is such a major fault that prohibits the use of the item.
